How do I book?

What are the opening hours?
Our studios are available to book between 9am-10pm.
Do you offer editing and post-production?
All recordings include audio cleanup, mastering and colour grading. Every booking includes a live mix of the podcast, individual camera video files and audio files. We can also create multiple short-form social clips per episode.
Do you offer Live-streaming, remote dial in or on-location podcast recording?
Yes, we offer these add-on services under bespoke bookings.
Live Streaming - We can offer a live mixing and live streaming service as part of the session.
Remote Podcasting: Guests can dial in via Zoom or Google Meet. We manage all tech checks and capture each feed separately in high quality.
Onsite Podcasting: We bring the full professional setup (audio and video) to your location — perfect for brand offices, events, or live shows.
Can you help promote my podcast once it’s live?
Definitely. Our team at EY3 Media can manage your podcast marketing, from content calendars and ad campaigns to social strategy and paid promotion so your episodes reach the right audience.
Where are you located?
We’re based at EY3 Media, The Towers, Towers Business Park, Wilmslow Road, Didsbury, Manchester, M20 2SL - just off the A34 with easy access from central Manchester, with good public transport links nearby.
What's included when I book the studio?
All of our packages include:
Use of professional studio
On set producer to assist you with set up and operate equipment
Shure MV7+ microphones and 4K Sony cinema cameras
Live mix

How and when are my files delivered?
All files included in the base package are delivered within 24 hours via a secure, private online delivery platform. The turnaround for social media clips and additional will be confirmed by your account manager on booking.
Do you offer ongoing podcast support?
We do. Our retainer packages give you a dedicated account manager, guaranteed monthly studio slots, and reduced rates across editing and marketing services.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, we understand the need to be flexible, and providing we have availability, we can offer to reschedule your booking at no additional cost providing this is at least 48 hours prior to your booking.
Is there parking available on site?
Yes, there is limited free parking available on site. More information will be provided upon booking.
How many guests can we record with?
The studio comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Additional camera setups or remote guests can be arranged as add-ons.
Can you help with podcast branding and setup?
We can handle everything from logo design and cover art to distribution setup (Spotify, Apple, YouTube) and ongoing social media management. Think of us as your all-in-one podcast partner.
What should I bring on the day?
Just yourself and your guests! We recommend:
A copy of your show notes or running order
Any brand props or signage you’d like feature
Any specific drinks and food that you’ll need for the duration of your hire. We provide basic beverages and snacks. There is a coffee shop on-site with cafes, fast-food and supermarkets within a 10minute walk of the studio. We prefer that eating be kept to a minimum within the studio.
